We have miles of beaches here in LA for everything from surfing to biking. Even when I don’t feel like being active, I love coming to the beach to recharge. Some clients tell me they avoid the beach because they don’t feel comfortable in their bodies. That makes me sad.. (Fortunately, electrolysis can help with that!) Do you love the beach too?
